The gap between a finding and a fix
Most safety software does one thing well: it turns a paper checklist into a mobile form. That's a real improvement, but it stops short of the actual goal. An observation, an incident or a failed inspection is a signal about a skills gap and in most tools, that signal goes nowhere. It gets logged, closed, and forgotten, while the same risk resurfaces on the next site.
We built InstaResolv around a simpler idea: the same system that captures a risk should be able to assign the training that prevents it, using the same employees, the same projects and the same roles not a second login and a spreadsheet handoff.
That's why InstaResolv isn't a safety app with training bolted on, or a learning platform with a reporting feature. It's built as one system from the ground up, so a Project Admin can go from "this happened" to "here's what the team now knows" without leaving the platform.
