This policy applies to visitors to instaresolv.com and to organizations and individual users of the InstaResolv mobile application and web CMS ("the Platform"), operated by Zoondia Software Private Limited ("Zoondia," "we," "us").

We use the information above to operate the Platform's core functions: authenticating users, enforcing role-based access, generating reports, running AI-assisted features such as hazard detection and translation, and providing customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Information is shared within your organization according to the roles and project assignments your administrators configure. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting providers), bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
The Platform is built around project-wise data segregation users only see the projects they've been invited to, and records from one project are not visible to another unless explicitly configured otherwise by an administrator.
Retention periods for operational records and account data are set out in your organization's commercial agreement with Zoondia. If you're an individual user, contact your organization's administrator for details specific to your account.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Requests should generally go through your organization's administrator, since most data on the Platform is controlled by your employer or the project owner rather than by Zoondia directly.
We maintain role-based access control, project-level data segregation, and approval-driven workflows as described on our Security & Compliance page. Specific technical safeguards (such as encryption and backup arrangements) are confirmed per deployment model as part of onboarding.
The Platform is intended for business use by adult employees and contractors of our customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
