By accessing or using the InstaResolv platform ("the Platform"), operated by Zoondia Software Private Limited ("Zoondia," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to that organization.
Access to the Platform is role-based Super Admin, App Admin, Project Admin, and Project Participant as configured by your organization's administrators. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Platform to submit false safety records, to circumvent role-based access controls, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with the Platform's normal operation. Specific usage terms for your organization are set out in your commercial agreement with Zoondia.
You and your organization retain ownership of the observations, incidents, images, voice recordings, and other records you create on the Platform ("Customer Content"). You grant Zoondia the right to process Customer Content as needed to operate the Platform's features, including AI-assisted hazard detection and translation.
The Platform, including its software, design, and the InstaResolv name and mark, is the property of Zoondia Software Private Limited. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the Platform itself to you.
AI-generated content including hazard descriptions, translations, and voice translations is provided to assist your reporting process. It is generated automatically and is not a substitute for your own review and judgment before a record is published. See our AI capabilities page for more detail on how these features work.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Specific uptime commitments, if any, are set out in your organization's commercial agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoondia's liability in connection with the Platform is limited as set out in your organization's commercial agreement. This public page does not override the specific liability terms in a signed contract.
Either party may terminate access to the Platform as set out in your commercial agreement. On termination, data handling follows the retention and export terms in that agreement.
The governing law and jurisdiction for disputes are set out in your organization's commercial agreement with Zoondia. Where no specific agreement applies, these terms are governed by the laws referenced in this section, to be confirmed with legal counsel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
